2010 Influenza Vaccinations
Tasmanian Polytechnic, Tasmanian Academy, and Tasmanian Skills Institute, in association with Australian Workforce Assessors are happy to once again offer all Tasmanian Polytechnic, Tasmanian Academy, and Tasmanian Skills Institute employees the oportunity to receive a FREE influenza vaccination. Vaccinations will be performed by registered nurse immunizers at selected campuses throughout Tasmania.
Along with scheduling an appointment, employees are required to download, read and sign an information and consent form. A signed consent form must be received by the immunizer before a vaccination is given. There is also a separate pregnancy consent form if required, which needs to be signed by an Obstetrician or GP.

To schedule your influenza vaccination, refer to the email you were sent which contains a username and password. Please enter this username and password in the fields below, then click the login button.
Remember, you will be required to present your signed information and consent form to your immuniser before you receive your influenza vaccination.
